Children
Ashland Church offers a variety of age-specific ministries specifically for children. Each week during our Sunday worship service we provide childcare in our professionally staffed nursery for newborns through age 3. Older children ages 4 through sixth grade participate in worship with their parents through the first half of the service before being dismissed to W.O.W. (Worship Our Way). During W.O.W. students play games, complete crafts, and are taught a Bible-based lesson on their level while the adults engage with the Pastor's sermon.
Following worship we offer Sunday School for all ages. Children get to continue the fun and learning started during W.O.W. while youth and adults get to break out into their own classes. Children also participate in rehearsal for the children's choir during this time.
We also offer a variety of awesome events throughout the year for children to have fun and be involved. Some of these opportunities include Vacation Bible School, a Family Fun Day, sleep-away Bible camps, and more!
