Ashland offers many opportunities to praise the Lord with the artistic talents He has given. Ashland encourages vocalist and instrumentalists to share their talents in worship in many ways. Through our Chancel Choir and our bell choir "Bells are Beautiful," there are many ways we can praise God through song!
Music Ministry ~ Get Involved!
If you are between the ages of high school and 99, please feel free to consider joining Ashland’s bell choir “Bells are Beautiful” and/or the “Chancel Choir.” For the 2012 – 2013 music season (September – May), bells will rehearse on Tuesday evenings and the vocal choir on Thursday evenings. Both choirs perform a wide range of musical styles ranging from classical to Gospel Rock and contemporary style choruses to traditional hymns. Also, both choirs minister occasionally to shut-ins at various rehabilitation facilities. Inspiration and resources are available for church musicians through the Fellowship of American Baptist Musicians (FABM) at the Green Lake Conference Center every summer in July.
